Here I thought it was an overblown reaction to a moral panic, much like the Comics Code, or how D&D stopped using the words "demons" and "devils" for awhile, or how video game ratings systems came into being because Senator Joe Liebermann was worried games were making kids violent.…which is why the Hays code was called for, created, and enforced.
But no, its to stop the Jews. Because Jews care so much about whether movies are violent or whether D&D can let you fight demons.
You guessed it, its the Belgians.It's the fucking Belgians isn't it? I knew it. You can say it.
That's why "Belgium" is profanity in most of the civilized parts of the galaxy. Fun fact, you can actually win awards if you find a gratuitous use for it in a serious screenplay.
