There is literally no way the Arab world can pull a sneak attack that wiped out Israel's whole nuclear arsenal. They do not have the brains, the materials, the delivery vehicles, and they can't coordinate for shit. That means that ZOG Central will see the hammer falling and pull the Samson Option, with or without the say-so of some old farts in the USA.
Which in turn means that a fair few oil wells will be abandoned by crews fleeing fallout clouds, wrecked, or set on fire and spewing clouds of radioactive oil-smoke. Environmental damage aside (a shit-ton of it, probably
planetwide to some degree) the plunge in oil production would get the world economy fucked harder than a drunk hooker in a frat house.
