The rating means one of two things: not hiding your powerlevel on religious/ideological beliefs (powerlevel's been changed to TMI though, which sucks) and/or showing extremist content. It's not healthy for the site, unless it's autistic enough to be funny and warrant the neutral Autistic reaction.
