For the better part of a year, this is what I get for timestamps on all posts. Is this issue specific to me, or is it a site-wide problem?

No the site’s always been able to see the future.

I get that issue sometimes. Refreshing or going to a different page fixes it for me.

In all seriousness I have seen that before and it always corrected eventually. Site’s still under maintenance after all.

It's not specific to you. Someone brought it up to Null ages ago and he gave an explanation as to why it happens but I can't remember what it was.
