Is the site under attack or is it a problem on my end?

Id say for the past week Kiwi Farms consistency has been terrible. One moment I can browse for hours without any lag and then the site won't load at all. Its very inconsistent and I haven't heard any updates from Null addressing the issue. Is this a problem everyone is experiencing or is it just Israel hacking my stupid phone?

Seriously its been very noticable lately and I just wanna know if I need to delete cache or something.

Other than the site being unusable during the stream, I haven't noticed any major issues.
