I heard the Yakuza pretty much lost most of its strength and influence, and similar things about old fashioned organized crimes. It makes sense that in the modern world, where everything is government tracked 24/7, organized crime is dead unless it works alongside government corruption.

It's a shell of a shell of itself after the 80s, though it does still exist. I've actually heard mobsters complain about how it's borderline impossible to recruit new blood in the 21st century because the kids they get leave a digital trail of everything they do and can't shut the fuck up.

Lots of organized crime that used to use business fronts for money laundering actually make more using them as legitimate places of business now.

Yes they exist still. They're still semi-active in my area, though not as much as the Hell's angels or the Asian or the pajeet gangs though.

Ayy woah look at Mister Reporter over here asking questions. You some kind of reporter or something?

Yes, except the swindling now is on a massive scale and is “legal” through state-sponsored usury.

The gangster families, like the Rothschilds, have become institutionalized worldwide.

The Sopranos was basically the 60s represented in the 00s.

You've never heard of unions and the Democratic Party?

movie mafia doesn't really exist anymore its more legitimate business being taken over and deal corruption. There's still a mafia in Montreal, they have a stranglehold on big construction business and just grease (I mean donate) to whatever zoning stooge they need to and get first dibs on big contract. I doubt anyone getting whacked that often and if they do its kept really silent.

Now for actual violent organized crime, Hells angels is still a thing but its nowhere near as crazy as how it used to be back in the day. Pretty sure hells angels control pretty much everything in Quebec and good part outside of it in Canada and the US but I'm less familiar with their activities outside my region. Doesnt help that a lot of biker gang will be affiliates of the Hell's angels but under a different name.

IIRC, if youre talking about the Italian Mafia, they exist just as they used to in their home cities but thats about it
the people who have replaced them on the streets are affiliated with the Mafia, but not directly part of them, they are called "Baby Bosses" for some reason and they take most of the local heat
its much like everybody else has said
as far as i know, the only places they still are the way they used to be, is the places they originated from

The Yakuza and the American Mafia are in massive decline due to members getting old and the government cracking down on them hard over the years. The real organized crime groups left, in the United States at least, are mostly Hispanic drug cartel related, with rest being smaller European and black/Hispanic street gangs.

Yes, it is

In response to the big government buttfuckings it got in the 80s and 90s, they keep their profile much lower, their operations much more focused and local/regional, and allow the cartels and niggers to take the heat. The stereotypical "Mafia" is still very strong in NYC, NY state in general, Chicago, Miami, a lot of cities in the rust belt, etc. They stay in their lane and are more willing to work with other criminal organizations than before because even in places they are still strong they are much weaker than their heyday and being seen as the top gets too much heat on them

Politicians and the mafia are hand in hand. Do you think politics suddenly improved in recent decades? This idea that it went away is real world psyop. Think more critically please.

Fucking yes, you got it. The Italians use black people as the buffer these days. It's how they get away with everything now.

Outlaws is the motorcycle gang in my area. They love the Hell's Angels so much, they turned adios into a cute acronym. Angels Die in Outlaw States.

Indeed, I remember the "biker wars" between the Hell's Angels and the Rock Machine.

That's why I added "organized crime is dead unless it works alongside government corruption."
And when was the last time that didn't happen, the 1770's?

And people like @Fruttasecca are retarded, because they're only familiar with working at Walmart and have no idea how real industries work. Try fucking with a big union if you don't think organized crime isn't still a thing. I'm sure you'll be fine and nothing bad will happen to you.
