Zyrtec is my drug of choice. If it gets really bad, ask an allergist. No need to be suffering at work or being too retarded to drive from too many benadryls.

Also consider trying quercetin (it's a supplement), ymmv but it seems to have wholesale erased some of my allergies and really helps keep the others from cropping up nearly as seriously when it's the worst of times
