Marvel works much better as an anime from Japan. Always has. The autism works hand and hand and makes something that's actually entertaining and charming. The anime aesthetic fits the over the top cheese.

Western comics are fine as animated series or it’s source material. People often overlook the camp and make it grittier and that’s why the movies suck dick.

anime is typically a bit more faithful to the source material and that’s why the adaptations flow better.

Have you read Marvel Mangaverse? That shit was the fucking pits. Only like 3 years after the 1996 Comics Crash, and when Marvel VS Capcom was in the making, not to even mention Street Fighter VS X Men and Marvel Super Heroes. It's like the Crash also had a case of stupid to come with it.

Spiderman clone saga was some anime ass shit for real in terms of how convoluted and laden with filler it got.

Marvel has cool characters and wacky worldbuilding shit, but like sometime around the buyout by disney up to now there was a very clear shift with how it's run and the current people in charge of things are lazy corporate assclowns that can't seem to understand why they're doing so bad compared to manga and anime right now. Crash or no crash there was still cool shit in the 90s and 2000s compared to current year where the only good marvel shit you're gonna get mostly is stuff thats been licensed out to other guys like anime or video game studios (not square enix) and toy companies.

The films were pretty good but nowhere near the level of hype they got from consoomers. Went to shit endgame onwards since time should literally be collapsing considerign they killed past thanos and the whole deal with certain parts that movie was them doing shit to not cause "doomed splinter timelines" or whatever the fuck. Could've sent him back to his own time with a snap instead of just killing him and it'd fix quite a bit of the weirder shit like how he went from a kind of sagely figure to just "man bad gonna destroy/reset universe AH!" It'd add a bit more tragedy to his character than what was already present with the added context of him knowing thor's gonna chop off his head in an autistic fit of rage.
