It's a make your own fun kind of game. Very little in the way of story, characters, plot or any kind of direction.
If that's your thing you'll probably like it. It has a decently active modding scene and some people consider it a "masochistcore" game since it's pretty difficult.

If you have more than two hours on any other game Sseth has reviewed, you'll probably like Kenshi. I call these hey hey people games.
