Technically yes but unless there's video or he's an idiot who confesses it's a guaranteed case dismissed for lack of evidence.

If you were unconscious, definitely. If you were blackout drunk and unwilling, definitely. If you were blackout drunk but willing, then no. If you were blackout drunk, decided to drive home and killed someone, you'd still be a murderer and you'd still be charged.
 
Are you a touchy feely/flirty person when drunk? Won't give you a definite, duh, but it might help you understand if you gave off any signals that you would've been into it or not before the blackout.

I mean, you were obviously drunk so rape, but try to understand what state of mind you very in first and for God sakes get a test done if there's still time. Its probably too late tho... but also be sure to ask friends or witnesses if the dude was hovering around you or up to anything weird.

Everyone's profile and username comes off as a bit of a troll, this is a forum dedicated to bullying retards online. If OP got raped and doesn't know where else to turn for support that's pretty sad, and we should come together as a community to offer help and support. If OP is for whatever reason trolling us with a fake rape story we should come together as a community to offer help and support anyway because there's no shame in being tricked into acting like decent human beings.
