during covid when i was still a teen i basically didnt speak to anyone for like 2-3 years and now my voice sucks and its high pitched

what do i even do about this atp im a grown ass man who sounds like a soundcloud rapper irl. was it bc i had no social interaction in years or maybe bc like i had sumn infected removed from my throat when i was like 6 years old and thats what fucked my voice up

Pro-Tip: drink more water. Being dehydrated will cause your vocal chords to strain and thin. Most of your zoomer peers will take on a vocal fry affect from exclusively drinking Monster and semen and being chronically dehydrated as a result. If you want to practice your speech and don't make conversation with others (likely), read a book aloud for 20-30 minutes at a time every day and look up how to speak from your diaphragm.

Also don't use this site too much. Lolcows have bad voices and they'll probably rub off on you if you're exposed to them too often.
