I believe it is a blanket illegality to operate heavy machinery whilst under the influence but the polees arent going to be RBTing your acreage

You can get a DUI on a bicycle, believe it or not, so no, it’s not legal if you’re on a public road.

It is illegal. It's also illegal to operate a golf cart, moped, go-kart, ATV, Horse, Bicycle, hovercraft, helicopter, piggyback, car, tricycle, train, harvester, horse drawn buggy... I can go on

I didn't steal the horse. It was borrowed to me by a good friend so I could get to work. I'd never steal someone's horse. We still shoot people for that here.
