To reiterate my point, equality means everything is the same, if everything's the same then that's the same as stagnation which is a form of death, actual social progress will grind to a talk.

I can imagine a nightmare scenario where technological progress grinds to a halt, suddenly new tech is inferior to what came before it, suddenly no one knows how to maintain things, planes literally start dropping from the sky, nuclear reactors start melting down.

Look at the environment is silicon valley where everyone is being hired based on "muh diversity" instead of actual merit.
