When you first start taking opiates, and aren't doing huge doses, it gives you a ton of energy. I used to spend hours cleaning my house after taking a couple 40mg oxycotins. But yeah, if you're used to opiates and are doing fucking fentanyl, you are mostly just nodding out. Who the hell knows what these bums are doing. I'm sure they don't even know what's in the shit they are getting.
