Grant dijo:So yeah the next few weeks will decide my financial future for the rest of my life

I dunno, Grant, are you in the videogame industry or do you have some kind of communications or journalism degree? Can you conduct interviews or speak at length about a topic like you know what you're talking about in an expressive, non-monotonous voice and without lengthy, awkward pauses? And are you near GameSpot's studios in San Francisco?
I do think Grant, if he stops undermining himself with the negative self-talk and makes an effort and goes back to college, could work within the games industry, though behind-the-scenes, either as a developer or someone who works on assets (i.e. graphics or sound). He's not someone with the spontaneity or demeanor to be an on-camera personality, though.
Oh yeah, about the laugh tracks, Grant is aware that plenty of sitcoms (usually single camera) don't have them, right? I think most of the ones that still do air on CBS which, for whatever reason, generally sticks to the classic three-camera-and-studio-audience sitcom format. I'm not too fond of laugh tracks either, but The Big Bang Theory has them and gets huge ratings (by today's diminished broadcast network ratings standards, at least) so I guess there's still an audience that appreciates hearing other people laughing.
Grant decided to sperg in the Alison Rapp thread. I capped his comment before he tries to delete it here.
