Getting upset over the shipping of fictional characters that haven't even been confirmed yet is retarded. Getting upset over ships, period, is retarded.
 
I thought I saw the old crew and they looked exactly the same. Inuyasha I could get being part demon and all but 15 years is a big difference

I disagree. Going autistic over ships is retarded, but being upset over ships, especially if the plot is focused on romance, is completely normal. A big part about fiction is feeling attached to the characters and their action, their choice of partner is no different.
 
I used to watch Inuyasha when I was a young teenager. Shit was just anime Twilight, although Twilight of course came later. Just as gay too, but I loved it. I have no doubt the show is absolute trash but I'm tempted to go back and watch a few episodes just for the nostalgic chuckle.

Any show/movie/etc that gets a "this time it's their kids" sequel is pretty much always doomed. Not interested.

I am assuming by 'going autistic' you mean Steven Universe fanbase levels of retardation, if not you need to explain further.

I said it was retarded to get upset over ships that haven't been confirmed yet. If it gets confirmed tomorrow and people want to have a meltdown over child grooming they can go ahead and do that if they want to. I think it is a waste of energy. Your time can be better spent doing just about anything else.

I agree, the first three seasons of Inuyasha will always be my favourite. Once the art style changes it has way more filler. There is even a site that tells you which episodes you can skip, and unsurprisingly most of them are the later seasons.

Oh sorry, didn't notice the not being confirmed yet. I am pretty sure it was confirmed when the show was announced, but maybe it was jumping into conclusions.
I don't think I remember Seshomaru being specifically dad like, he just have Rin tagging along without talking to her and giving her food. So at least it's not as creepy as the usual case in Japanese media.

But I do remember now that Kouga fucking butchered Rin's village and was never punished for it.

I hope it's some random woman as much as the next guy dude, but I feel like you're giving it too much credit. Considering we know for sure Kagome and Inuyasha had a daughter but Sesshoumaru's daughters only mention Sesshoumaru, it's not looking so good. I really feel like they're trying to hide it.

Don't get me wrong, if it is confirmed to be Rin I absolutely agree with you, wtfNeedSignUp and Niggaplease. It's a creepy pairing, I'd like to see her with someone else. I want to pretend that Takahashi approved CD doesn't exist. I feel like they are going to wait until the day before or for the episode to drop before announcing it too.

I hope they tie that loose end up. I can't remember if everything was cool in the Final Act, it's been a few years since I've watched it...

he literally went to the underworld to save rin from death, in hindsight yeah he probably intended to fuck her when she was age, I don't see sesshomaru actually trying to do anything note unless he was to benefit himself. Even at hints of "caring" it's really just because takahashi wanted to pull the same subplot of time I fucking humans on both brothers. What gets me is this already an adult love interest for seshomaru but instead of running with it they decided to kill her off.
