So this is a thread where you could introduce some Youtube channels you found interest in and hopefully others would also find interest as well. I found this guy, Lindybeige making very interesting videos about weaponry, war logistics, and other interesting subjects back in Ancient times.
Wreckless Eating is a channel about a group of friends who try a whole bunch of weird and crazy foods, such as the infamous durian fruit from Southeast Asia.
Also, I notice that our community here comprises of curious intellectuals. Well what do you know, there are YouTube videos of courses taught at Yale University!
I stumbled upon this channel yesterday while procrastinating on finals looking for documentation of pickle candy canes. It's this family that does taste test reviews of bizarre foods, and I was disappointed that they had so few views/subscribers!

Their daughter Elliot is so adorable, and really good at articulating her thoughts for her age! It's also really interesting to have a young child on the team to offset the more "adult" tastebuds, haha.

This guy is incredibly talented. He does a lot of video game related stuff focusing on vfx, but he also does music videos, short films and other things.
He also had a series on the escapist once called Doomsday Arcade, which is worth checking out.
He has a very specific style when it comes to editing and vfx that I personally really like.

There's these two guys I watch on YouTube that absolutely love to destroy shit.
There is Shawn K, who does a ton of shit to stuff. He blows stuff up, microwaves stuff, etc etc.
Then there's Garret Claridge. He mainly blows speakers and does reviews on shitty white van scan speakers, blowing them in the end. His older videos featured him and his buddies just having a good time destroying shit.
Fucking love watching these two for some reason lol
