Impeachment by itself would just be Pelosi and the Democrats "flexing." Of all the problems Americans are going through, Congress is most focused on impeaching a President that is on his way out in less than 10 days. Amazing.

Invoking the 25th or impeachment from the House + conviction from the Senate, though, does indeed make a difference. If Trump is forced out of office before the 20th, then he will be unable to run again in 2024.
