ill have to admit. Ed Boon did say that fighter pack 3 was gonna have a character that's a big surprise. and he was true to his word.

oh well. i guess TMNT would be good.

and heres to hoping they bring spawn to their next Mortal Kombat game

While I was looking forward to seeing Simmons beat up Batman and co., I have to admit he'd fit better in MK where the creators can go crazy and make him every bit as violent as he is in the comics. I hope they'll give him his huge cape and nail the animation, I don't want to see a capeless Spawn again.

given what Sub-Zero's win pose is in this game.It is surreal to think there's an official game with DC characters that allows you to have Sub-Zero vs. Ninja Turtles and spine rip them!

Holy fuck you can play as the Ninja Turtles now! And from what I'm getting so far, they'll be counted as a single character. I wonder how that'll turn out?

Finally picked up the game. Initial responses:

"Holy shit, Scarecrow is cool. Most creative intro, easily."

"The Ultimate moves don't seem as exaggerated this time around."

"I wish Larfleeze was in this."

"I keep getting gear for characters I will never play, like Harley Quinn."

"I miss Grundy."

"Hal Jordan is so goddam cool."

So far, Scarecrow and Grodd seem to be my favorites.

You know, this is the closest thing to an Injustice thread and it went kind of quiet so here it goes.

Im honestly shocked no one brought up to superman that the Joker would die for his actions, fist going through his chest or not. Joker just nuked an american city, killing only god knows how many innocents, this is shit not even Lex Luthor would be able to bribe his way out of the death penalty. I kind of doubt that even states with no death penalty wouldnt make an exception just for the Joker. Im surprised people just seem to act like he will return to Arkham and that will be that. Not saying that would stop Clarke from killing the joker but that would have been an interesting what if.

Oh and I know that its like "uhh, they would never kill Superman", but after reading all the 5 years of comics, Im surprised Injustice Superman is still breathing. Just putting him in a red sunlight cell is just inviting problem...like, Clarke is no ordinary prisioner you can just dump in a cell and that will be that. The moment those lights die out, he WILL escape and be unstoppable once again. Why no one just goes to him with a kryptonite bullet and put one between his eyes? "Duh, Batman wouldnt allow it", just do it when he isnt looking then! He isnt Superman where he can get to you very fast.

Realistically most of the world would be demanding Superman's head on a kryptonite spike after killing so many innocents under his "rule". Im surprised no one told Bruce to go fuck himself and killed Clarke when they had the chance. It gets more enraging when we get to Batman's ending in Injustice 2 where Clarke is exposed to Golden Kryptonite which removes his powers (tho if its temporary or permanent in universe Im not sure...but of course its the former) and just thrown into the phantom zone. This is both stupid and a case of "why didnt you do this when you got him the first time?" because we know that Clarke will escape and Batman even states that in his arcade ending in Injustice 2. This is all just to setup Injustice 3 because they would never have one without Superman but Injustice is so filled to the brim with deus ex machinas to keep both Bats and Supes alive it gets enraging.

Sorry for the autistic rant tho.
