Indentured servitude - What if we brought (a form of it) it back?

Paying your student loans is sustaining their systems which are turned against you.

So why would you pay such loans? It's no different then giving a gun to a would be rapist

Well, I paid mine off pretty fast, and now my wages can't be garnished, plus I never took out drastic loans to begin with and worked through college.

Again, something has to be done, either debt forgiveness or allowing people to declare bankruptcy (I'm more for the bankruptcy element); but otherwise- our generation will be completely crippled. And sure, don't get a job, or get a job where you're a wagie for the rest of your life because you want to stick it to the banks and never pay back your student loans.

But, you should want to move past being poor- and having large chunks of our population in perpetual debt is bad for essentially everyone within our society.
