What are the actual specific elements of the charged crime? Did he have an actual automatic weapon? Did he have a clear target in mind. An identifiable sorority house that he had the reasonable ability and oportunity to travel to. Did he have specific named targets?

I'm not saying he's not the worlds dumbest serial killer. Just that the news articles seem a bit light on details of actual criminality.

This goes back to my last comment on the lack of a source for these statements from Genco. There's no available info outside of these article's supposed info on his intentions of doing crimes.
