Image/video only replies in A&H

One word replies in A&H are an automatic one month ban from the subforum, but I often see numerous if not dozens of replies that're just YouTube embeds or images without any text accompanying them, should these posts not also have the same "one word replies are an automatic ban" rule applied to them since they're in the same vain as one word replies.

a picture says a thousand words and videos are filmed at 24,000 or 60,000 words per second

that said, replying with an ebin reaction gif is literally tumblr bullshit that should be purged
