Everyone keeps speculating on "nasty" shit happening that night, but my theory is that Cuntylynn (and/or Density/Frigerator) came out and proud after a few dranks that night and pissed Rickie off. It might have been the straw that broke the fag's back that night. For all of their stupidity, the boys do seem to really love one another. It wouldn't surprise me if her "cancer" was in some way fabricated or exaggerated so that she could try and control what was going on around her with the fags moving out.

I haven't a clue how real estate works in rural KY, but in my neck of the woods, a 500 lbs gorl, her 300lbs gorlfriend, with multiple pets, and neither having reliable income (or section 8) would find it next to impossible to rent even a shit hole. And if they did get a slumlord to rent to them, they'd be paying out the ass- like a one bedroom 4 flight walk up for 2k in the bad part of town.

Nah, in that area they can get something that isn't just a toilet on a foundation slab.

I wonder if Dana and Destiny will help them move.

Most likely since the lease was in Eric's name, when they left, that meant AL&B have to go too. Had AL&B requested to take over the lease from the boys, the landlord might have agreed to that (though the credit/income check would have been a problem). Either way, it seems like E&R made an abrupt decision to move without much consultation with their roomies. If AL heard about the lease being terminated from the landlord and not from E&R, that just reinforces that point. My theory is that the boys were traumatized by witnessing drunken events that should probably only be discussed in the NASTY thread for NASTY people. Who is getting custody of the candle collection?

I think Ricky finally got fed up with the screeching harpy and her fat moocher friends and Becky being too much of a wet rag to say anything to her girlfriend, told Eric they were leaving and said "Peace out" to the landlord.

Poking around on Zillow, there are under-$100K houses in the Monticello area, but they all seem to be in really rough shape and would need a lot of work done before someone could live in them. None of them look like places a 600 pound person recovering from major surgery could safely live in. But regardless, she wouldn't be able to get a mortgage given her sketchy income/credit history.

I sure as hell would not give them a mortgage, or even an owner-financed or rent to own thing. Especially if you google her name and land in the toxic lake that is her channel.
