Mods can you take my post down. It contain information that is harmful and false. I was a different person in this past, and I am changed now. I am tired of all of these evil Kiwifarmers spreading this harmful information about me, and I am starting to understand why over 30 suicides are linked to this evil bigoted website.

Have you tried the diet where you just eat tuna and drink snake juice, with a keto cheat day every second week? You can lose 20lbs a month that way, but you need to have a very controlled diet when you are ready to stabilize.
