After a good 45 years under that name, IHOP recently tweeted that they may soon be going through with a re-branding. Now they will not only be the International House of Pancakes specifically, but they are not laying claim to all of breakfast. Or something, the acronym hasn't officialy been explained. Assuming this isn't an elaborate joke, June 11th is when the company will be announcing the official transition to IHOB. Why? So far no explanation has been given to this branding change, so we'll just have to wait until the 11th to see what is going on in the pancake fandom.
