Sweet's TV is hilariously old. 1995 or something.
I was thinking that the TV we see in the time travel comic and that "converter box" comic are based off the Sweet family TV IRL. It must be built pretty well to last 20 years though.

Sweet really wants his life to freeze in the late 90s. The same TV, the same dorm room he had in college, the same position on the Herald, etc. No wonder he keeps saying change is a "ploy."

How did Sweet even get into asu?
Either way, whoever put Sweet through college must be proud to see what Sweet has accomplished in the nearly 2 decades since.

Sweet probably didn't configure the converter box correctly. No one told him to follow the directions.

Eh, that's not unusual. I still have a CRT that's older than I am. lol

Also, new Belchblog where he posts a picture from his brother's wedding and complains about imageshack. Think we should tell him about alternatives?

I think the one on the left is the (former) drug addict.

So at present I'm dissatisfied with Imageshack as a host for my comic pages, as every time I update my website I see red X's everywhere. To get them to go away I have to go to each link one-by-one, open it, than refresh my page to make the image show up on both the main cover gallery and the pages for each individual issue. And it seems I have to do this every day or two. It's quite time-consuming. Does anyone else have this problem? I haven't been really happy since they switched to a pay site.

My suggestion: Don't anyone say a word. Let this rocket scientist figure this out himself.

So, some wedding related pics from last week:

Actually almost halfway decent, despite the obligatory poor lighting and presence of Jon's face.

But then,

... and then,

As you can see, Jon was the only of three brothers to remain a fetus after being born. Of course, there's that weird hand thing he does. Just down at the sides or in your pockets? But why?

Sweets really lost the genetic lottery.

Edit: and that haircut is taking place in the mold kingdom. So I guess I was right, Momma Sweet cuts her 40-year-old son's hair. MS, if you slipped and performed a lateterm abortion, no jury would convict you.

Edit 2: and he's not wearing a boutonniere. Guess his brother didn't want him as a groomsman.

This is one of those "last thing the abducted co-ed ever sees" sort of photos, except we all know "Sweetchuck" has never had a woman in his room.

Not to beat a dead horse, but that picture of Jon with his brothers straight up confirms his autism. His expression, what he's doing with his right hand...this is my first time ever seeing the Sweet brothers and they look far better than I ever imagined. Sweet still looks like a clown as usual.

Your brothers look like perfectly normal people and I guess balding isn't common in the Sweet clan. Sweet lost at the genetic lottery like Chan said.

Mazel tov to Sweet Minimus. I wish him and his bride all the best.

I guess the whole "felonious assault" business would probably be a deterrent to asking your brother to stand up with you at your wedding? I'm sure Sweet Minor did a fine job as groomsman.

I haven't been to a wedding in a minute, but I'm guessing from the fact that the middle brother has a boutonniere attached to his suspenders is a sign that he was a groomsman at the wedding. Of course, notice how Jon doesn't have shit on his shirt. He is the oldest brother, but was most likely brought along only because he can't be left at home by himself. I feel sorry for everyone that had to watch him on the dance floor.

The only reason we have this photo of all three Sweet brothers together is probably because Mama Sweet forced them to take it. I doubt the two younger brothers want anything to do with their oldest sibling.

EDIT: Ninja'd by Chan.

Hehehehahahaha oh man is that little forelock sticking straight up in the air? He really ought to cut the sides back, or just go full-on baldie...

The first thing that stuck out (ha ha) to me about the wedding photo is that his brothers are each wearing both belts and suspenders, while Jon is wearing neither. Kind of a perfect metaphor for Jon's family life.

I have a hard time focusing on anything other than how odd Jonny looks in that wedding photo. Moving past his face/hair. There's that Bob Dole hand (how's that for half past 1997 reference?). The ill fitting shirt and pants. The shirt and pants clearly haven't been ironed. No belt.
Oh and it looks like his fly is partially down.

He's so awkward, stiff, and out of place.

Yeah. Jon really is The Other Sister.
