I could wrong but my impression of the Pretti video I saw looks like a case of “bitch ass cop pissed himself when he saw a gun on this restrained man and shot him because he’s a pussy who doesn’t deserve to be a policeman.” This comes from years of hearing my Pa, policeman, talk about how policemen turned into pussies over time who’d shoot recklessly instead of duking it out.
