Overrall, your children are safer with any Christian clergyman than with a none-clergy member of the public.

Compared with other Christian clergymen, Catholic Priests are indeed somewhat more likely to molest children than the average Protestant equivalent.

This is the extent of the pattern.

I think what you're trying to angle at here is that they tend to be mentally retarded, ie, don't have the emotional maturity of anyone else their age and go for 'people on their level'. That's true enough for some of them.
