I love my cat mostly cus she still obliterates all kinds of birds and rodents and brings em to the front stoop like a boss despite some asshole getting her front paws declawed before I got her

Every night my cat sleeps in my arms literally inches from my face. If I ever have my girlfriend stay the night she tries to push her way in between us, or sits right under that window sill glaring at her all night. I was having her watch my cat over christmas before she came down to my mom's house to celebrate and my cat bit her lol

That bald udder is a primordial pouch, because apparently felines were more like marsupials at some point? Damn cute.

Here is how I remember the creation of the bald udder, because that gray cat is old enough to have been a kitten when I was a teenager. So I remember when we got her, I still lived in my mom's house and was going to high school:

We rescued this tiny gray kitten from the shelter where my mom volunteered. She was the smallest cat I had ever seen! She used to love to do cute things like curl up in your neck and give you hugs and do Squeaky Miaows. She was a normal proportioned if not itty bitty kitty all the way up until we had her spayed and then almost like flipping a switch, her tummy just began to sag and the next thing I knew, it was stark bald. To this day she has very skinny little arms and legs, a teeny tiny short skinny tail and a little head...but that bald, teated udder keeps growing! I think she is almost 17 at this point.
