It's WashingtonGunLaw over on youtube. The resemblance is fucking UNCANNY. The man looks more like Phil's dad than Phil's actual dad. You have to check out some of this guy's videos and I linked the one below that I took the screenshot from. While you do, imagine a world where Phil was a normal fucking human being who became a lawyer specializing in gun law. It's a fun little game.
