It's cold here. Not as cold as last week with a cold front that hit, but winter is particularly chilly this month.
 
Last week we had a storm so bad it actually damaged some roads.

There has been an increase in the flux of solar energetic protons during 21 June associated with the recent flare/CME activity observed during 21 June. The flux is anticipated to remain elevated for the next 24-48 hours. Geomagnetic activity is expected to reach major to severe storm levels in the latter half of the UT day with Aurora sightings possible to southern mainland regions. HF conditions are expected to be fair initially declining to poor later in the UT day with SWFs possible.

i'm pissed at all the "summer's here" shit i've been seeing
it's been summer for a month and a half, i hate summer.
i miss winter.
 
Tornadoes be fucking everything around me up. But it's okay, it's sunny now.
 
My entire fucking state is on fire and there's smoke that's rolled in over town and it's trapped underneath the cloud cover. It seriously looks like some Mad Max shit. Even worse, I can't seem to catch my breath. My family took me to the ER the other day and I was given a nebulizer treatment and an inhaler. This morning is really bad, probably the worst its' been.

But on the upshot, I won a local drawing and got a free meal for four at a local eatery, so now I can enjoy a burger while I wheeze.
 
Constantly wind storms all day and it sounds like something is dry-humping my bedroom wall. Probably a tree. Power keeps flickering off.
 
It's been as hot as a healthy person (98.6 degrees F or 37 degrees C) for many days now. I've been changing out the birdbaths and watering the garden plants daily so the birds and plants don't dehydrate and die outside. And I've been enjoying my first world privilege and staying inside all day, enjoying all the air conditioning and flavored water I want.

It's a steady pattern of triple digit heat and flash floods.
Right now a flash flood is a-brewing.
 
If you can read between the lines, you'll know what I'm going on about here:

Month ago we were recovering from what had to have been the most violent Spring season in Texas. Flash Floods up to even fifty feet in some areas if not at around 60% flooded. Afterwards, a disgusting, humid swampy period that'd make you think a fat black chick and her two equally large sisters shared an elevator with you.

Right now it's just hot.
 
We just had a little storm. The rain seems to have died down, though.
