She likes to coerce young men under her command into being her fucktoy and considers this kind of indiscretion as her way of rebelling against the authoritarian state of Laconia without getting caught.

This pattern of abusing her authority ends up really fucking with her head when she starts getting forcibly integrated into a human hivemind being brought about through alien technology. People start entering her thoughts going "what the fuck is wrong with you". The source of her euphoria while abusing the system transitions to her worst fear of being found out.
