Sleep deprivation. You don't even need that much just like 3 days straight or so of no sleep, not even a nap. The third day is about when audiovisual hallucinations can occur. Some sources say up to 5 days some say as little as 1 day. I personally saw weird shit at 3 days.

You'll see shadow people move around the corners of your eyes and hear people talking around you. It's deeply unsettling.

It helps if you do something fatiguing. I started hallucinating after 18 hours of driving. Or maybe Miami is actually like that, I'm still not sure.
