How to get new GPU before the scalpers?

I intend to buy new RTX 4070 as soon as its released.
Any advice how to manage to do it in Europe before the scalpers grab alot of them?

In the US, with AMD, you used to be able to buy directly from their site, and could try to avoid scalpers that way. Maybe Nvidia has a similar program?


I went to AMD's direct buy site just now and was greeted by this. Maybe good news for non-scalpers?
