How Old Is He Really?

As a journalist investigating the Jace story, I was trying to find a background check on him and ended up seeing this: http://www.instantcheckmate.com/people/massachusetts/leominster/01453/jace-connor/000498445057/

I couldn't find anything about a Jace Connors or Jason Connors in that area, but it says that 40-year-old Jace has lived in North Brookfield, is likely related to people named Gail and Richard, and goes by the alias of Robert.

Now, has Robert, Jace's "brother", ever been seen? If he hasn't, could it possibly be that Robert, who is 40 years old, had a psychotic break and Jace is his new personality?
