Now, I know you may be thinking this is a shitpost, but it has some backing of Christory to it.
@cat and I were talking in chat about Chris' duck, as we sometimes do, and he posted this:
One wonders why Chris would say this, and why he said it with such certainty. The obvious answer is: he's done it.
The only question is: who is the "help?" One of the few people around Chris is Barb. They are known to be very touchy-feely in public, and to spoon in private, so it's not so much of a...stretch...to assume that it's Barb who helps.
How many times do you think Chris has fucked himself, and do you think Barb is the one helping?
