“AI” isn’t intelligent at all right now. It’s basically spicy autocorrect and literally everything it can do is derivative.

A good CEO knows what connects with the customers.
Say what you want about someone like Bob Iger but he got to where he is on merit.
Remember Cool Runnings?
The nigga bobsled team movie?
That was based on real events and we only know about those events because a young Bob Iger was working for ESPN at the time and he got the genius idea that what people really connect with is an emotional underdog story so he found some niggas doing a Winter sport and heavily focused on them during the Winter Olympics of 1988.
It was such a huge hit with the audience that a movie was made and that was a huge hit too.
AI couldn't possibly figure shit like this out, it doesn't understand human emotion and it probably never will.
AI is not a leader, it is at best a tool that a leader can use to make his work easier.

CEOs don't do anything as it is, their point is to be a figurehead and fallguy, so in that regards they won't be replaced.

We have so many CEOs that just "follow the herd" on trends even if the trends are detrimental to their business, like partnering with Sweet Baby Inc

But that is the fault of the company hiring a moron as a CEO.
You really need to think carefully before hiring these decision making people.
For example, Amy Pascal, while not a CEO, she used to be a high ranking person at Sony and was responsible for such classics as Morbius, Madame Web and Ghostbusters 2016 among other bad decisions that she made and heavily pushed for.
That kind of a track record should get her blacklisted from the industry.
Instead, she is now in charge of James Bond and that brand is about to totally tank it's reputation.
Whoever decided to hire her is the retard who should be replaced by AI.

Any asshole off the street could do a better job than most CEOs at this point. I will use anecdotal evidence to support this, so bear with me.
Movies: people are growing tired of reboots, remakes, and sequels. The ticket sales show this. What's on the menu? More reboots, remakes, and sequels. Superhero fatigue is at an all time high, so lets place all of our bets on our next superhero movie making 1 billion dollars to break even.
Video games: More gay shit, ugly women, and current day politics. Lets do a remake of a beloved property with gay shit, ugly women, and politics. Doesn't sell, blame the customers.
Retail stores: No one is buying this kind of pizza. It clutters the shelves, the other one keeps getting sold out, let's NOT order more of the one that sells than the one that doesn't.

I wouldn't go that far, but it's a fair point. The average non-indian franchisee or a small to mid scale farmer would do the trick.
You don't have to actually sell a single unit as long as some billionaire asshole is willing to throw under market rate loans your way for pushing his homoerotic negrophile fantasies on to the masses.
Just kick the can down the road and hope you don't end up being the one holding the bag.
Something similar is happening with AI sector companies signing yuge contracts with each other, creating enormous profits on paper that don't actually exist.
I'd bet someone's left nut this will end up being the dot com crash all over again.
Having this very basic level of insight into the corporate world makes me daydream about an utopian fascist society in which The State abides by The People's Will out of sense of duty and fear of reprisal; and C-suites shit their pants about the consequences of fucking over The People.
Fortunately I'm not mentally 13 and understand that any attempt at creating an utopia is bound to go sideways, so we ought to stick to try to make it legal to keep politicians living in fear of their constituents.
