Usually I'll go for a jog and thing about what's got my jimmies rustled. Oftentimes about halfway through the run I'm able to find a solution to the problem or find a way to not be as mad, and by the time I'm finished running I'm too tired to be mad anymore.
Alternatively, yard work helps. Pulling weeds and hacking apart wood does the trick. :like:
 
If I'm ever mad about something it usually isn't for long, I'm pretty laid back and I get a lot of enjoyment out of the little things in life. For example, I think of every weekend as a holiday basically. I guess I'm a simple-minded fuck who shitposts on kiwi farms.

Eh usually I just work out or find something that challenges my mind like a puzzle or something since working on things helps me work out my problems. If that's not an option and I have some spare time I just meditate like the filthy hippie I am.
