Not leaving work early and really pushing yourself at your job. When you realize how much a job can help you develop discipline and, as a result, improve your personal life, you’ll be a lot more productive both on and off the clock. Just remember to stay in your lane and focus on the bright side. Oh, and take your meds.
 
I like mindfulness

The concept sounds retarded but my therapist turned me onto it and once i practiced it I realized how powerful it can be and I now apply that shit to everything

Do some research into mindfulness you might find it useful
