Lets go back to 2001. We can all wear Ecko Unlimited and Billabong shirts. Make sure they are bright colors like red, yellow and orange. No earth tones. Wear some cargo shorts in khaki. Get puka shell ankle bracelets. Play hacky sack. If you still have hair you can cut it really short on the sides and just leave like an inch or so on the top and then use some gel to comb it forward so the bangs form like a little awning over your forehead. That's what people did when I was high school.

At one point people were obsessed with the 80's but I never saw anyone dressing like they lived in the 80's. I know Rockstar did the 80's nostalgia thing first with Vice City.
