How do I visit my local church?

I'm incredibly nervous about attending mass at one of my local churches. I'm very bad with meeting new people, and I'm stressed that I'll be judged or do something wrong.
I also checked out jw.org, and it's a great site but I don't understand the stuff about the year 1914, or if it's true when they say that God and Jesus are not one in the same. I also do
not exactly know which church I should visit, and am worried I'll be judged by Ukranians if I visit their church in my community.

Go in, sit in the back. If it's a small church, someone will 100% notice you're new and probably approach you at some point to introduce themselves. Religious people love to onboard new people - it's a part of their message in most cases.

Just go.
But if they refuse to wear a mask and still hug, then space it for months.

It also depends on the Denomination but in some Southern Baptist churches, members will whoop and holler if certain songs are played (slight PL)...and the last time the Pastor went "I don't want anyone quiet in my church!!"

Thank you. I'll see if I can find a friend to go with me so that it's less stressful.
Dress decently, be polite, and try not to look miserable or anything.
I wear dress suits for at least four days of the week, so it will not be hard. Thank you, and I'll be sure to be kind and polite.
