Every time I make a new comment or start a new thread I receive many negative votes. I want to know how to improve my post and my threads because I have a negative reception. I want to have a positive reception on the website, obviously. What should I do to improve my grade?

There is nothing wrong with talking about old cartoons. However, that's a children's cartoon which is obscure, and obviously no one cares about it.
