Literally just follow anyone with a lengthy "before you follow" page and wait for them to notice (and subsequently make bitchy vagueblogs about it). You could also go in the "do not reblog" tag and reblog basically anything. That really pisses people off.
In general, just don't acquiesce to the obscure and increasingly ridiculous demands of the extreme SJ/otherkin crowd, and then act really indifferent when they invariably lose their shit at you. I think the only thing they hate more than people fucking with them is those same people subsequently not curling up and crying/committing internet suicide when the callout squad comes for them. They feel cheated of their moral satisfaction.

Say that being part of a marginilized group doesn't excuse being a piece of human excrement, and that merit and accomplishment is not earned based on oppression points, nor that being part of a marginilized group somehow elevates a person's value. That one'll really piss them off.
Call someone who specifically lists pronouns in their bio by the opposite ones or wrong ones.

This blog pretty much runs on posts about "THE CIS MENASE", tags most reblogs outside of their friend group as "the ciscourse", and has a section of their blog entitled "justified cisphobia" in which they post Tumblr PM screencaps of people who either disagree with them or bait sawcleavers into making a post about them. Still, they might not be as fun to mess with than other blogs considering how quick they are to block.

And I haven't been in the roleplayer scene for a long-ass time but I hear secondhand that's still a prime source of autism. Just look for popular fandoms or in a tag for an actor and throw a rock; you usually can't miss 'em.
