How do I get rid of these bone parasites?

I tried waiting for them to go away on their own but I can't take this any more. They live in my bones. I know it is bone parasites because a few weeks ago I tripped and fell into a mysterious flesh pit and while I was inside I could hear something that sounded like a voice saying "I'm going to give you bone parasites".
