I'm sure it would really depend on the forum/social media site.
Each group has their buttons to be pushed.
What pisses off one group might actually be a source of entertainment for another.
Aside from what @Joe Swanson said there really wouldn't be a blanket method of immediately getting banned.

Step 2. Create account
Step 3. Spam post copypasta to all popular boards until you can't post anymore
Repeat steps 1 trough 3 until you achieve PB or WR. You can always ask the old runners some advice for running forum account any%. Posting disgusting pictures might also be in the meta.

It would honestly be funny if the troons were just speedrunning the farms instead of being miserable faggots and demanding it to be taken down.
