all good issue was resolved I had to unload the cotton and sugar caches to allow my router to accept more DNS requests. apparently you can't accept more requests if the ouput caches are full.
edit: on another note do you get better service using Spanish or French ISPs? I'm using the British ISP but there seems to be so much traffic its taking a while to process requests. I've also heard that a Dutch ISP has opened up?
