The real trick isn't what you eat it's what you drink. Replace your water with a typical white girl starbucks order that'll leave plenty of room for whatever you like, just make sure it's low protein and low fibre those will just fill you up without adding much to your bulk.

ice cream and absolutely no going outside, try to blend them into milkshakes so that you spend less time chewing

Nothing that is purely sweet without a bit of salt, and nothing that is just savoury without a hint of sweetness.
It doesn't have to be the same plate, but you need a mix of salt and sugar within the meal
Ice cream is fine. But make sure you have some fries ready for when the sweetness becomes too much!
Also cheesecake.
