Trump is ending DEI right?

That means if you are woman or black you can't just turn up to an interview and say "I have no qualifications or training and my IQ is 75, but I was told to say that me woman and black and hiring me helps you meet your DEI quota!". They would have to be able to do the fucking job now just as much as white men have had to do for all of human history.

Will this mean the USA will once more be run by white men without having DEI's like Dumbala Harris hanging out near the top pretending they can run for president and shit?

The orange man isn't my favorite person but he may have done something right for once.

I've had several black female bosses. Most of them were accused of "acting white," which confused me until I eventually learned that the phrase means that they were well educated, articulate, industrious people who worked their way up from the bottom. It's kind of depressing and also racist as fuck when your black co-workers don't respect their boss because she's intelligent and knows how to bust her ass. I assume that those women will continue to do well in the world, because they are resourceful.
