How come I can't rate people deviant? - Was it a limited time offer or something?

I know about Semper Fidelis, but I just realized my account also doesn't have access to giving out the deviant sticker. What's the deal? Now I'm just curious for lore here.

Also I guess in this thread post pictures that could earn you a deviant sticker. I can only rate you islamic, however. Or horrifying.

Update! I can now rate people deviant and semper fi? Is this part of Null's new check-receiving super accounts thing? We get the old stickers from the last fundraising thing?

Edit: It must be a bug because I have them offered as stickers now, but when I go to give them, it gives me an error message instead of letting me do it. Where do I report this to Null?
