They actually seem quite boring for those unaware; you pay a monthly fee to wear gloves and hang out every week.

Not very big where I'm at, the only person I personally know that's a Freemason is a friend of mine's father, I always thought they were supposed to be a kind of secretive organization in a position of power, but from what I hear from this guy, its virtually just some dumbass social club.

Pretty big where Im at. Seems like just a way to make connections and gain opportunities. From friends I know, Ive been told that getting promoted at some places pretty much requires being a mason.
